When searching for a property to create Cafe by the Park there were some fundamentals that were important to us:-

Location - a good location with a purpose. The idea here was to provide affordable food to famlies coupled with a reason to come to the area. We believe that we have ticked that box as a great inspirational day out is to walk through Pittencrieff Park and gain a glimpse of what inspired Carnegie to give to the people.

History - a building with character and history - visit us to see the before and after from 1928 to today. See the pictures in our restaurant area of the Ambition Statue, Glen, Gala Day Pittencrieff House and more.

Caring Facilities - the Cafe is all on one level, with a wide walkway suitable for Wheel Chair and pram access. There are seperate toilet facilities for Ladies, Gents, Disabled and Baby Changing.
